Dr Deependra Pandey is the founder and CEO of CodeON Info Systems Pvt. Ltd. About Us – Codeon Our Idea | Mission has a distinguished lineage as one of India’s original technology garage start-ups. Dr. Deependra serves as the Director of Conexus medical centre and conexus biotech Pvt. Ltd. one of north India’s finest corporate health solutions firms, providing end-to-end healthcare solutions with a vision to make corporate India a healthier place. Today, Conexus Healthcare delivers personalized, sustainable and managed healthcare solutions to organizations across sectors, including technology and banking. It has eight world-class corporate health centers across the country.

Dr Deependra a co-founded aarogya city hospital foundation Trust in 2018 with his mother Mrs vindhyavasini Pandey . The Trust is empowering health and preventive measure for communicable and non communicable diseases and its treatment to achieve its vision of providing accessible health for fellow Indians.

Dr. Deependra , who holds a doctorate in cardiovascular surgery from National Cardiovascular Research Center Moscow, is a cardiovascular surgeon by profession and the founder of codeON, which he founded in 2022, turning what is then a 2 million IT Company and Digital Marketing services organization with a presence in 5 countries in a short span of time.

Dr Deependra is widely recognized in the industry for his strategic thinking and impeccable execution. He is currently a member of the Indo-Russian Economic Forum. It Governor’s Community and a Board Member of the Russia India Business Council.

Mrs. Nidhi Pandey We are facing a major turning point in the global economy and society that will change the way we all do business. Conventional thinking and traditional operating models will not be able to capture the opportunities that arise from this paradigm shift. By taking the initiative to transform ourselves, we aim to deliver added value to our clients and all stakeholders. My vision as Group CEO is to take CodeON to the next stage, and to do this I have laid out our plan to expand into private markets to complement our public markets businesses. Our strategy is not about just extending our products and services, client franchise, and delivery methods from public to private markets. By combining these, we aim to provide customized services and solutions for each client. That is the core thinking behind our private markets strategy.

Mrs. Nidhi Pandey All industries will have to shift to more sustainable technologies, which will require cross-industry collaboration and investment to achieve decarbonization. We are committed to helping our clients and society address sustainability issues by supporting them through the capital markets. This is a major driving force that positions us to contribute to resolving social issues while creating value for CodeON over the long term. I often talk about taking on new challenges and I believe diversity is an essential element to this.
